The 3D-HSP-FA system enables ultra-high-speed 3D printing of external fixation orthoses and integrates intelligent static distraction chucks with sensors. It is applied in emergencies involving limb and thoracolumbar spinal trauma, as well as in the fixation of bone and joint injuries and postoperative cases. This provides patients with precise, personalized external fixation treatments and post-trauma/postoperative rehabilitation, serving as an alternative or supplement to traditional external fixation devices such as plaster casts and polymer splints.

The intelligent 3D medical high-speed printing system has achieved multiple globally leading technological innovations.

The system pioneers rapid-cooling, support-free printing technology, eliminating the need for manually designed supports while achieving high-precision molding and improved surface quality. Post-processing time is reduced by over 90%. Equipped with a high-thermal-conductivity precision print head, it enables stable and ultra-fast molding of small medical components, with the fastest printing and wearing completion in just 15 minutesachieving efficiency more than 30 times that of traditional equipment.

Innovatively integrated with a point cloud large model adaptive intelligent core, it autonomously plans printing paths, breaking through foreign algorithm monopolies to achieve micron-level precision and full-process autonomy.

As an industry first, it enables unmanned automated continuous printing, integrating fully automatic mold removal and material transmission systems to achieve closed-loop operation of "printingunloadingmold preparation," significantly improving equipment utilization and production stability.

This technology can precisely address the high-incidence diseases in countries along the Belt and Road, providing advanced diagnosis and treatment solutions. It effectively enhances trauma care capabilities in these regions, reduces cross-border medical demands, and contributes to building a Belt and Road Health Community.

The diseases addressed include:

Traumatic fractures: High-frequency injuries in areas with inadequate infrastructure.

Pediatric deformities: Conditions requiring long-term adjustment such as congenital clubfoot and scoliosis.

Post-disaster emergency care: Rapid batch processing of casualties in earthquake-prone regions.
