Our hospital is recruiting full-time postdoctoral researchers through all doctoral degree-authorized disciplines, from both China and abroad.

Our postdoctoral research stations accept applications year-round with no set deadline. On-campus centralized interviews will be organized 4–6 times annually. Eligibility Requirements:

Age under 35 years; Law-abiding, with good academic integrity and physical/mental health;

Background in medicine or related disciplines;

Possession of both a doctoral degree certificate and a graduation certificate; overseas graduates must have their degrees authenticated by the Ministry of Education of China);

Demonstrated strong research capacity and a solid publication record. Applicants from external recruitment channels are generally required to publish at least one high-quality original research paper in a leading international journal as first author  prior to admission; outstanding overseas doctoral graduates may be eligible for appropriate flexibility in this requirement.

Appointment and Benefits:

The appointment is for a fixed term of three years, during which the postdoctoral researcher must work full-time and exclusively on campus;

Annual salary of RMB 300,000 (inclusive of base salary, social insurance and housing fund contributions, on-campus living subsidies, monthly performance-based pay, and year-end performance bonus), fully covered by the hospital;

During the appointment, researchers are also eligible for scientific research performance incentives specific to the hospital’s full-time postdoctoral program.
